Dr. Xiuyan Guo is Professor of Psychology at East China Normal University, Shanghai, China. She received her Ph.D. degree in Psychology from East China Normal University in 2001, and has been working in the Department of Psychology (now the School of Psychology and Cognitive Science) since then. Her research primarily focuses on the underlying neural mechanisms of implicit learning and social cognition. She was appointed as Changjiang Distinguished Professor in 2014. Dr. Guo became Vice President of the Chinese Psychological Association and Associate Chief Editor of Acta Psychologica Sinica (in China) in 2017.
